The Institute for Vocational Education and Training of the Republic of Slovenia, in partnership with the Association of the Metal Industry, hosted a multiplier event for the Erasmus+ 1Point project: "VET training using the one-point lessons approach."
The event took place at the Slovenian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Ljubljana on November 11, 2022.
As a partner in the 1Point project, the Institute for Vocational Education and Training of the Republic of Slovenia briefed the visitors with the project's aims and current outcomes.
Students are one of the project's target audiences, therefore we were glad to host the final-year students and their teacher from the Secondary School of Mechanical Engineering and Chemistry of the Ljubljana School Centre.
The project has produced, among other things, a learning platform that is currently through final testing. The teaching capabilities of the platform extend to 3D printing, lean manufacturing, and AR/VR technologies. The learning platform is publicly accessible and costless to use. It is accessible here.
